🗑️ Account Deletion

⚠️ Important: Deleting your account will remove all your data from the ViralMate app. This action cannot be undone.

What Data Will Be Deleted?

When you delete your account, the following data will be permanently removed:

Your TikTok authentication tokens
Locally stored statistics history
Saved milestone achievements
App preferences and settings

            📝 Note: ViralMate stores all data locally on your device. We do not store your data on
            external servers. Deleting your account only affects data stored within the app.
        

How to Delete Your Account

Option 1: Delete from the App

1 Open the ViralMate app

2 Go to your Profile/Dashboard

3 Tap the "Logout" or "Disconnect TikTok" button

4 Confirm the disconnection

5 Uninstall the app to remove all remaining data

Option 2: Revoke TikTok Access

1 Open the TikTok app

2 Go to Settings → Security → Manage app permissions

3 Find and remove "ViralMate" from the list

Option 3: Request Deletion via Email

If you prefer, you can request account deletion by contacting us:

Please include:

Your TikTok username
Reason for deletion (optional)

We will process your request within 7 business days.

After Deletion

Once your account is deleted:

You will be logged out of the app
All local data will be erased
You can re-connect your TikTok account anytime to use the app again
